Shipping policy

Order processing:

All products are shipped within New Zealand using Courier Post and are posted within two business days of the order being made. You will receive a shipping notification via email when the product order has been dispatched and is on its way with the courier.

During seasonal times like Black Friday, Christmas, order processing can take an additional 3-5 days to process due to demand. We appreciate your patients while we prepare your order. 

 

Shipping:

We ship to you from Auckland New Zealand. 

Order shipping within New Zealand can take between 3-7 work days depending on the postage you select.

Order shipping to Australia can take between 7- 14 work days depending on the postage you select.

Due to seasonal or public holidays some orders can take an extra 3-5 working days to arrive.

 

Packing:

We source all wrapping/ postage materials from R3 Pack.

We use eco wrap to wrap our products and we send domestically and internationally within compostable courier bags or boxes.
