Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you purchased, so please contact us at kiaora@tuhonodesign.com if you have any issues with your order and we will help to find a solution for you. to solve the problem. 

We do not offer a return service (you will need to cover the shipping fee for any returns), however we do offer replacements for faulty or damaged products. Although we aim to ensure your products arrive to you safely, we cannot guarantee this once we hand over the parcel to the shipping companies.

Faulty or damaged goods:

Should your order arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item via e-mail to kiaora@tuhonodesign.com, including a photo or video of the damage/fault. For items damaged in transit, please keep all packaging for claiming purposes so that we can on charge the fault to the courier company and replace your goods. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given the option to exchange for product or store credit to use online. 

Wrong address:

Tūhono Design is not responsible for shipping addresses that are incorrect or entered wrong at check out and will not replace these items once they are shipped. Please double check and make sure you enter the correct shipping address.

Non-returnable items:

We do not accept returns for calendars, sale items or gift cards.

No refunds:

We do not offer refunds for returned items. You can exchange for other products or store credit.
